Our body is the one whole system. We cannot separate our body from our mind. But we can affect to our whole system from the side of the body - doing Yoga; or from the side of mind - practicing meditation.
Both those ways helping to balance our system up to perfection.
Meditation helps clear clutters within our brain, release unnecessary emotions that we are not happy about (like anger or guilt) and gain control over the mind,
replacing non-stoping monkeys in a mind with clear picture of outside World.
During this workshop you will learn and taste different ways of meditation, find out the ways to stay in touch with your own body and mind and R-E-L-A-X.

Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic style of Yoga which focuses on relaxation, renewal, effortlessness and ease.

The healing qualities of this practice specifically aimed to settle and calm the brain and soothe the nervous system,
it helps you quiet your mind and invites you to release deeply held tension.

Kirtan in Cherrybrook

Kirtan is a sort of meditative chanting of mantras and simple “songs” that are performed as a call & response.
